The Pilates method of body conditioning is an exercise system designed to improve overall strength, flexibility and stability. Central to this approach is a focus on core strength and enhancing the musculature that supports the spine. This class will also incorporate neuromuscular and static stretching techniques to help free you from any stiffness that may be restricting your movement.
Booking and Payment
Group classes run in six-week blocks
Payment for the full block must be paid in advance
Terms and Conditions
CANCELLATION: Block bookings can be cancelled up to one week before the first class of the block. After this time, payment is non refundable.
Missed classes cannot be refunded or carried forward to the next block.
Before starting a new exercise regime, it is your sole responsibility to check with your GP or medical practitioner about your suitability to undertake such exercise.
OTHER THINGS TO CONSIDER
BASI Pilates is a safe form of exercise, but please understand that any form of exercise carries a risk of injury and you will take responsibility for your own body. Please tell me if anything painful or unusual is experienced during or in between classes. Don’t be afraid to stop doing the exercise if you think you need to.
